While there are many scenic hikes and paths, there's also the Moab Golf Course for you to unwind.

In the home, you'll have a private patio to share a grilled dinner while the dog rolls around in the grass. Inside is an open floorplan with a living room couch to kick back on and watch the game on the flatscreen TV. On a cool desert night, flick on the gas fireplace and tell stories while you stream music on your phone thanks to the WiFi. The well-stocked kitchen will make breakfast, lunch, and dinner a breeze.

When it's time for bed, chose among the three bedrooms. Two have spacious, recently updated queen-size beds, while the third has two twins. A loft has a twin trundle bed. In total, there are accommodations convenient for eight.

If you bring your dog, then please note that there is a pet fee. Additionally, a two-car garage and private washer/dryer will make you feel right at home.

The area beckons with some of the most well-known national parks in the country. Find Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Raft on the world-famous Colorado River. Let the kids play at the Moab Aquatic Center or drive south to Spanish Valley's Ken's Lake for kayaking, swimming, and fishing.

COYOTE RUN HOUSE RULES 2021
Welcome to Coyote Run. We hope your visit is enjoyable and peaceful. Please be mindful Coyote Run homes are occupied by both full time home owners and residents, so please be
respectful during your stay. Below are the house rules for our community.
1) NO PARKING is allowed on the community road of Coyote Run due to safety and emergency needs. All vehicles must be parked in driveway. Excess vehicles can be parked in the limited pull off areas on East Bench Road or off-site at storage lots. Campers, tents and trailers are not allowed in resident driveways or garages.
2) ATV’s/UTV’s, TRAILERS are not allowed in the Coyote Run community which includes residential street, driveways and garages in order to abide by community policies and noise pollution ordinances. There are a variety of off-site storage establishments to park your recreation vehicles during your stay.
3) NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Recreational engines, outdoor music and socializing must be kept at low noise levels. Extended idling periods, engine revving is not allowed.
4) EARLY/LATE DEPARTURES: In case of early/ departures, please be mindful of residents within the community and be quiet while loading vehicles or talking outside.
5) PETS: We welcome pets, however, please keep pets within your property boundary and clean up after your pet. Grand County leash law is in effect in the area.
6) NIGHT SKY: We value the night sky for incredible star gazing year-round. Please turn off all exterior lights before 10:00 PM.
7) GARBAGE BINS: Garbage collection is on Thursdays. All garbage bins must be returned to garage area after collection due to wildlife and litter concerns.
8) VIOLATIONS will result in towing and/or fine of $500 to your residence and will be collected by the rental company or home owner. THANK YOU!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    Clean property and had everything we needed. Did all our meals at the place and kitchen fully stocked and grill worked. Would like to see the vrob and cleaning fee a bit lower. Also door screens could use some maintenance.

    The home was a nice retreat after a few days of hard work in Moab. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the golf course made for good coffee mornings while watching turkeys strut by. Recommend it.

    Property was as-advertised, clean and located on the edge of a small development. Fairly private (no neighbors to the back a d one side). Abuts a gold course. Convenient to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. We had a great stay.

    The house was in good neighborhood and location. The inside of the house was clean, but it does need some work. Doors were hard to open and close, windows and screens were very dirty with cobwebs and dirt. It spoiled the views. Also the living room TV wasnt a smart TV. It was still on cable. Sucked when I wanted to put some Youtube music on....

    We enjoyed the location for our stay in Moab. Property is dog friendly with a good floor plan. Furnishings, carpet, front door, little garage door are worn and old. It worked for us, but we won't be going back. Many other properties are better.

    House was spacious and far enough from town to be nice and quiet. Issues: dirty windows and floors (area next to couch was thick with dirt and chunks of hair and dust) lots of spiderwebs. Brown chairs in living room (pictured in listing) are very worn and peeling. Carpets didn’t look vacuumed and had stains. Upstairs shower wall had chunks of brown hair stuck to it. A pull tab from a can was on window sill. Wall in front of one sink had dirty splash marks and sinks weren’t completely clean. (I’m not talking about the natural patina of copper) Other bathroom had tub spout leak. (looked at by maintenance) Pillows are thin and severely stained. (No replacements were offered, said they put in a request to the owner, we purchased some in town) A bathroom window pane was shattered (was looked at by maint). Bed linens smell like they’d been sitting for a long time, including the fresh set of pillow cases that got dropped off after reporting stained pillows. 2 light bulbs were out. I mentioned one and a bulb was left for us. One of twin beds fell through frame, box spring is shredding from it happening often. A blanket from closet had something chunky on it. There are 2 vacuums that don’t work well. No brooms for us to clean up with. Dishwasher doesn’t wash dishes well. Some pan handles are loose, I was nervous they’d break. Not many cooking utensils. Most of these were reported w/pictures. The rest I got tired of reporting things there was no apology and no offers to clear it up.

    This rental worked very well for our group. The layout, the setting, the quiet neighborhood, patio, and proximity to golf course were all great. Some details in the house need attention but did not lessen our enjoyment.

    Spent 5 nights at the this property. Many things were not acceptable on our arrival including stained sheets, dog hair on the sofa, burned out light bulbs, BBQ grill propane leak, and a bed that collapsed twice. I do not think the owner(s) are actively engaged in maintaining the property. Do have to acknowledge that these issues were addressed the next day by maintenance staff. Furniture in the living room is worn. Location a little farther away from downtown Moab than we wanted but that is on me. Did enjoy the ambiance of the cabin including the beautiful pine that lines the walls. Location is very quiet which was a huge plus tremendous bathroom space. Despite the mishaps, I did enjoy my stay overall.

    Very close to town but just far enough away from Main Street you don’t feel like you’re a tourist. Very homey and rustic. Plenty of room for a large family.

    This home was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for us to spread out and relax after traveling together each day. We enjoyed the proximity of the national parks and the shopping in Moab! We will return in the future for another stay.

    Great location. Quiet and clean. The three bathrooms all connected to a bedroom which was nice. Water pressure was great and there always seemed to be nice hot water when you needed it. Kitchen worked well with basic supplies. Downsides are the pillows weren’t very fluffy/supportive. Twin beds weren’t the most comfortable and a bit on the short side.

    This home was different in other Vacasa/ Vrbo homes that I’ve stayed in. I was spoiled with other homes who provided welcome baskets, updated amenities and accessible WiFi . This home was furnished with old furniture, dirty rugs, and uncomfortable pillows. In the backyard there was a small pile of doors and wood that seemed unsafe. Maybe check the spices rack and restock. The positive was that Arches was beautiful!
