Super Affordable & Spacious 3 BR Townhouse w/3 en-suite baths

Great place and perfect for our trip

This was perfect for our couples trip to Moab. The 3 en-suites were key to why we picked this place. It was clean, well cared for and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. It was a perfect home base for our adventures. We'd definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly what my friends and I needed for our long jeeping weekend. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was the perfect setup - and most important everything was clean and in great shape. Communication was probably the best I've ever had. Got an email a few days before the stay with information, directions, and codes and they even included contact numbers in case we had any problems (which we didn't). The garage is a little on the small side - which we were informed about before arriving. We were able to park one car in the garage, but the other was just an inch too high to make it in. Not the end of the world to park it in the driveway - not stating this as a negative more as information.

Great roomy place, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no issues at all and would recommend. Conveniently located just south of Moab.

This home suited our needs very well. It was nice having 3 bathrooms. We were expecting to have actual pool passes and didn't realize it was 5 miles away. Overall a nice place.

The property was spacious and clean. Our stay included 2 other couples. We had an area we could park our ATV’s, trailers and vehicles. Each couple had their own spacious bedroom and private bath. We will definitely consider staying here when we come back to Moab.

What makes this property stand out is the three on-suite bathrooms, making it great for multi-family or friend groups. Condo had all the amenities and was very comforable.comfortavle. .

Clean, comfortable home, easy to communicate with owners

We met up with family to explore Moab during spring break and had a great time in this location. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and had thoughtful additions (boxes of soaps, games, easy streaming). The host made check in and out very easy. We enjoyed our time here!

Stayed with family and friends for Labor Day weekend and place did not disappoint. No problems and very clean. Has a lot of stuff already that you need around the house. Will book again in the future if we come back to Moab.

Communication was good and the host was very accommodating.

Close to town, big for large parties!
