This accessible ground floor condominium is located in downtown Moab. Modern fully equipped kitchen, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom, and private patio with a Weber gas grill. Master King bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second 2 twin bedroom has private access to the hall bathroom. Open floor plan living room includes a queen sofa bed and private patio access. Includes 2 designated parking spaces.

-All condominiums have a private deck / patio with a gas grill
-Best of all you are located just off Main street in the heart of downtown Moab.

Guests have private access to the entire unit 2 condo as well as the locked bike storage for unit 2. The bike wash is shared with the other 4 units in the building.
The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.

We are available by phone, text, or message for anything you may need before or during your stay.

57 Robber`s Roost offers five fully equipped, well-appointed condominiums, in the center of Moab. We are located just one half-block off Center and Main Streets.

57 Robber`s Roost offers the convenience of being within a minute’s walk to the center of town with the privacy and amenities that you have at home. Private covered parking, your own secure storage for adventure equipment and bicycle wash: all of which make it easy to start and end your adventure day. The fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas will allow you to prepare a gourmet meal and relax in comfort. Your own private deck with gas grill will complement the interior amenities inside.

If you decide to dine out, need a bicycle repair, health food store, shopping, guidebooks for the area or a beverage they are all within a minute or two walk from your front door. The Roost is your home in Moab.

There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, but guests will likely want to have their own transportation to get to the national parks or wherever they plan to go. Vehicle rental from Canyonlands Jeep Adventures, or Enterprise.

    Went to Moab run trails in our Jeep and see the National Parks. Robber’s Roost worked perfectly for us. Great location.

    This was a wonderful place to stay while in town for a family wedding. We were able to visit and entertain family members from other states. The location is perfect to enjoy the town’s amenities within a few minutes walk. The bed was so comfortable. The accessible bathroom was amazing! Huge walkin showers in both bathrooms. Parking couldn’t have been closer. Ample bathroom amenities. Hadn’t expected that.

    This place is located in a perfect spot downtown, easy walk to get food, drinks, or coffee. There is covered parking which is a great perk in 100f temperatures. There is a bike shop on the other side of the parking lot if you want to cruise around town, explore neighborhoods, or run out to the Colorado river.This will be the place we stay every time we’re in Moab.

    We loved everything about this property. It was extremely spacious in every area, amazing to have laundry right in the unit for traveling, and the proximity to downtown and the parks was perfect. We walked to dinner multiple times and the food truck park was perfect with a young child. They also had a travel crib for us to borrow on site so we didn't have to bring our own. Hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!

    We were surprised how clean and spacious the unit is. Even in the middle of summer, the place can be kept cool and comfortable. #2 has one of the best reserved spots in the lot, you are able to park right outside the unit making it easy to load and unload. Right in the middle of downtown Moab with many restaurants and businesses within minutes walk. Would come here again.

    This location was easily walkable to most of downtown Moab’s offerings and I would be happy to rent again and take advantage of their bike storage facilities!
