The kitchen is fully equipped with full size electric range & oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and utensils. We provide you with 2 flat screen TVs, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN, DVD player, free WIFI internet service, VOIP phone with free long distance (domestic) calls, bed linens, bath towels, iron and ironing board. You only need to bring your personal items. The 2 heated (at winter time) outdoor swimming pools were renovated this year. We're located just across the boulevard from Sea Turtle Inc. and the fantastic South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, the Rio Grande Valley's premier destination for birdwatching. Walking distance to Clayton's, Club Louie, Barry's Bistro, On The Border, etc.. Many activities within 10 minutes of the condominium: South Padre Island Water Park, dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing, windsurfing, kite-boarding and sailboat rentals.
