Edgewater Condominiums boasts 35 individually owned beachfront condos with full-size kitchens, elevator access, and resort amenities. It has gated parking, a tennis court, a pool, a hot tub, and direct beach access. It doesn't get any better than this!

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

    Beautiful view of the ocean from the master bedroom. Loved that there was beach access and showers next to the pool. There is canopy’s in one of the bedrooms Incase you forget yours or if you have a situation like ours where it broke.

    I loved the heated pool and the beds were very conformable. the view to beach was amazing.There were a few thing that needed fixing and when I call the rental company, they were there quickly to fix them. for example, blind in one room did not work, showers didn't put out enough water to shower, one stove burner did not work, and a lock on baloney did not lock.

    We stayed for a total of 4 nights. The check-in went smooth. The home was clean and appeared just like it did in the photos. The unit is on the end of the building and in a great location, away from the pool. You can see and hear the ocean from the large balcony. Unfortunately, there was a major roofing project going on during our stay. This was never disclosed at any time during the booking process. We had other comparables in the area that we may have chosen if we would’ve known this. One of the days, we arrived back at the unit to see a note on our table advising us that the exterminator had been inside doing monthly maintenance. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. We reached out to the owner to express our concerns and never received a reply after several attempts. We were quite disappointed about the lack of communication. Other than that, the unit is beautiful and well kept. The home is within walking distance to several bars and restaurants and close to the bay for amazing sunsets. We found the Gulf beaches are much nicer a few miles north of the home. Unfortunately we hit the jellyfish wash up season but it is what it is. I am undecided if we would stay here again. I would fear that if we had any emergency issues, they would’ve not been taken care of by the owner.

    The room was great all but the remote in the living room has no volume and guest bath had no hot water. Water pressure was very low in both baths.

    We had three adult adults and two kids was the perfect place to enjoy the beach. We walked many places and the beach was in close proximity beautiful views as well.

    The stay was great but the place needs a little TLC. Outlets need replaced (Plugs fall out) the exterior patio doors are in bad repair. Other than that the place was great.

    Edgewater 207 was a perfect stay! The condo had everything we needed and was close to everything. Check in was easy and we liked the laundry service. We’ll be back!

    This was a clean condo and in a safe, walkable area. The pool was nice, although it could use a few more lounge chairs. The bathrooms were a bit dated… cracked sink in guest room, low counters, older, stained toilets. Other than that it was a very nice condo. Close to the beach. If I returned to SPI I would stay there again.

    Went down to SPI for a 40th High School Reunion and this condo was perfect for gathering with friends and catching up in stress free environment. And the view was absolute perfection!
