Saida II 602 - Cozy Oceanfront Condo, Panoramic Ocean Views, Great Get-a-way for Couple or Small Family

Great place to stay! We loved the location. We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving

Property was well maintained. Beach access was great! This was our second time staying at this condo. Plan to return next year.

Was it spacious? Yes! Dated? Yes! Plenty of places to sit? Yes! Furniture comfortable? Not the slightest! Would I stay again? In a heartbeat! The view was great! The balcony was shaded all day long! It was a perfect week for my husband and me.

Property was clean and view was fabulous. Balcony door needs to be repaired/replaced (sticking, difficult to close and lock). Toilet in master is way too low - not sure what the installer was thinking. There was no ice and no kleenex which is sort of assumed to be included. Otherwise everything was in working order and A/C was perfect.

Pros: great view of the beach and ocean, location is wonderful, ac works great, 2 bathrooms, lots of space, new door lock works so much better, employees working on the property are friendly and courteous, the pool area has a walk up bar with good frozen drinks.Cons: you have to go off site to take dirty towels and pick up clean ones, the couch absolutely sucks (sinks clear down and can't get out, sleeper is uncomfortable), needs sprucing up, dishwasher was broken and plug for kitchen sink didn't work which made me question how housekeeping washes and sterilizes dirty dishes, water pressure is really poor (can't get shampoo out of your hair), toilets sit super low, parking sucks.The pool area is nice and clean, but music and pool should close at 10p not 11p. The loud music and drunks in the pool area whoopin and hollering is annoying, kids screaming.I had to call property twice for quick questions, the guy had a short rude tone.

The property was okay. The doors all stuck or jammed. The dishwasher doesn’t work and has a semi-permanent sign on it. The ceiling has water stains. Part of the ceiling plaster is missing over the shower. The floor was sandy and gritty feeling before we had been to the beach. The place just needs some care.

I’m glad to say that the TVs pictured in the listing are not the ones we had access to! They are smart TVs, so I’m glad we took the chance to book it. It is a 6th floor condo (

Amazing beach view from Balcony. Love South Padre rivals any beach across the country.

There was a dead roach on the kitchen floor when we first walked into the unit. I called to complain about this issue and they offered to put a ticket in to exterminate the unit. I declined this offer because I have bad lungs and did not want to be exposed to the chemicals. I then killed two more roaches during the stay.

The view from this condo is great! Our only problem was we couldn't get the bedroom tv to work, and there were no instructions for us to use.

Perfect location. Amazing beach view. So close to pool n beach access. Such a beautiful and relaxing stay. Will deff be back again

The kitchen was sparsely equipped. The living room sofa etc looked old and dirty. The furniture On the deck smelled of cat urine. This continued after management cleaned it once. Cockroach exterminator was needed towards the end of our stay. Disappointed considering the price. Location excellent!

We loved everything about our stay. Yes, furniture in living area is uncomfortable, the couch really. But that wouldn't stop me from returning to this condo. Balcony door is hard to open and close. That was not a problem for us but older people may not be able to open it or close it. It was windy and beautiful but we never got to rent the chairs and umbrellas due to the weather they said. This was a beautiful area with heated pools and great laundry area. Security was really nice. Thanks

Loved the location! Views were amazing and the beach and pools were great! The condo worked very well and except for a few cosmetic flaws it was perfect. I understand how the weather there makes it hard to keep the finishes perfect. Need to ditch the plastic plants unless you can keep them dusted☹️

Check-in is at another location. Location of condo is beach front, just steps away from the beach. The grounds are nice and clean. Pools were clean. Cleanliness of condo was so-so. Shower curtain was molded. Light plates were dirty. The coffee pot heating element was rusted out and not safe for use. We were there for 10 days, so I bought a new one, so we could have coffee. The sleeper couch was not comfortable seating and could hardly get up off of it, had some questionable stains on it. My main complaint was, the whole clean towel procedure. You have to take your dirty towels to a whole other location and switch them out for clean ones, only between 11a & 3p, so inconvenient. I also don't think loud music should be allowed at the pools. It echos up into condo rooms. were clean.
