Stayed May 25, 2025The condo was beautiful—nicely furnished, kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, laundry in the condo was convenient, clean, great balcony furniture to enjoy the views and sound of the waves, the pool and grounds were well-maintained and grounds staff were fabulous! Quiet, families and couples primarily. A wonderful find!

Stayed Dec 31, 2024My hubs, myself and a good friend went to SPI for 5 days. The condo was perfect for us with the 2 bedrooms each having a private bath. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, glasses and cookware that we needed to make breakfast and snacks. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the large balcony and a refreshing beverage there at night as well. The condo was super clean with lots of towels. We checked out the hot tub and it was lovely. Every morning the groundskeeper was out making sure everything was taken care of for the day. The location made it easy to walk to shops, dining and entertainment. We will definitely book Edgewater 403 again. Thank you!

Stayed Mar 17, 2023Wonderful place, very clean and spacious. Beautiful views of the ocean from the patio. Pool and hot tub clean and very nice. Never crowded. Walking distance to most restaurants. We will be coming back.
