Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in.     We liked the condo; it was obvious that it had been well used. We did fix a few things for the owner. It had a sliding patio door that needed adjustment. Front door also needed some adjustments. Overall, we had what we needed for a nice vacation.

    We were generally very happy with the unit. It is well decorated and was very clean. The balcony has a great view! I did not realize ahead of time that the property does not rent umbrellas and chairs, so we had to purchase those. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

    We have been staying at Ocean Vista for over 8 yrs but this was the first time at this unit. This location is absolutely perfect in every way. Convenience, close to all restaurants, amenities are by far the best. I only have two complaints about #306. * The sliding door in the living room would not open. We had to go through the master bedroom sliding door anytime we wanted to go out to the balcony. * And the other complaint are the beds. Their beds definitely need to be updated. They were all uncomfortable and the sofa sleeper was definitely not in a condition to have anybody sleep in it. I was a bit disappointed that two kids had to sleep on the sofa seat and one on the floor because the sofa sleeper was not comfortable. The sleeping here are only for 6 and not 8 as advertised. We desperately needed a getaway so we gladly overlooked this but definitely need something done if they are going to continue to advertise for 8 people. Other than that we really enjoyed our time at SPI.

    We enjoyed the property and beach area. Not crowded. Leisurely environment. Great sized balcony with view! Our only complaints are that the master bedroom was hotter than the rest of the condo with no ceiling fan. We woke in the night because of this. We got a box fan, and it helped. I suggest bringing a fan. Our second major complaint is the lack of blackout curtains. The sun is HARSH in the morning, and there was no way to avoid waking up with the sun. We had to cover the windows with additional blankets to rest.

    Large 2 bedroom condo, right on the beach with large lanai, with walking distance to the entertainment district. property was clean but very dated and deteriorating. bathrooms were moldy and everything seemed to be original from the 1990's. if you can get past the aesthetic, this property is a terrific value.

    The location was amazing!! Perfect view of the ocean and it was so close! Definitely was the BEST part of our stay! Couldn’t beat that!! The condo itself was clean by run down and needs a lot of updating. For example, the shower in the master bathroom was almost caving in and the fixtures had mold in them. The guest bathroom has ceiling issues also and a huge repair behind the toilet. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and close and would the lock would lock on its own. Thank goodness there was always someone else in our party to let us back in. The property manager on site was hard to get a hold of and not helpful or friendly at all.

    Easy and quick access to the beach. Having a pool was great too. Master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the condo, but still slept good at night.
