This place is amazing and has everything!!! This isnt the first time we've rented Athena Ares. It is perfect for large families. We can all be together but still have our space!

Great space for large groups or multi generational families. The pool area is private with all the amenities. We will be back!

We all realize that nothing in life is perfect but this family vacation was pretty close! My family had no idea what the property looked like I kept it a secret When we arrived and they saw it from the outside their reaction was so so. But once we went inside and saw the first unit and I told them we have the whole building to ourselves and everyone had their own private home they were totally shocked!! The beach access was great but the private HEATED pool was the star of the vacation!!! Especially for the 2 and 4 year olds they fussed every time it was time to take a break. I am officially husband, Dad and Granddad of the year!!! I hope to be able to bring them again!!! Finally we never had to contact the host for anything the whole week. Thanks for allowing me and my family to have wonderful memories.

Rented all 6 condos .very nice clean place with a great pool area . Would definitely star again .

We loved out stay! We rented all six units and hosted our family reunion here. Each unit was very clean, well stocked and exactly as described. The outdoor area was fantastic! Our family spent so much time at the pool and hot tub. The outdoor kitchen was a huge hit, as was the pool table. Our entire group of 30 wants to come back soon. The hosts are so quick to reply to any questions! My aunt lives on the island and has a small rental as well- she was immensely impressed with the property management as well! Highly recommend.

Had a great time. Rented all six units for extended family. Enjoyed eating together at the pool. Units were beautiful. Easy short walk to beach. Management company responsive to all small issues that arose.

Great location and concept for large groups. We take our entire family every year. Everybody is together yet have their own condo and privacy.
