Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

    The master bed was really comfortable! Only a short walk to the beach. Clean and smelled good when I showed up!

    Overall everything was good the only problem we in countered was Wi-Fi issues. Either the island has poor service or they need to update their router. Every day during our 2 week stay we had to unplug the router and restart it.

    The property was just as shown online. Very cozy, clean. Weather could have been better but who has control over that? If we ever visit again, we’ll definitely think of this place and recommend it as well to friends.

    Retama street was under construction the entire time I was there and four days I was unable to get my vehicle out of the driveway until after 6pm.

    Everything was too notch from the check in to the check out. I definitely would stay again. They even had some boogie boards and other beach stuff in a chest out on the patio. 5 stars!!

    Overall it was a great place and I would definitely stay there again. The place is pretty big with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Very clean and plenty of towels. There were also beach toys available.

    We love ❤️ SPI. This is our 2nd time staying at Moon Dancer. It never disappoints. The Palms down the road is awesome and the beach is always beautiful. Great location. The condo has everything you need to cook your favorite meal. You will not be disappointed. Dont think twice about booking this location. You'll love it too.
