From the balcony you feel like you are sitting right on the beach. We have high speed WIFI, a 50 & Spectrum cable with Showtime. King bedroom, queen sofa sleeper and a full roll away hidden in a cabinet in the living area will each sleep two comfortably. The new kitchen has a pantry and dishwasher along with all the things you need to prepare meals during your stay. You'll sleep well on the new Comforpedic Loft king mattress with comfy cotton sheets. There is a 40 TV & DVD in the bedroom. The condo is stocked with lots of towels and even beach towels.brTo help you pack light we furnish beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and a small ice chest to take to the beach. We want you to have everything to enjoy your SPI beach vacation! The beach is a short walk through the gated pool area and across the boardwalk. We have shower stations for you upon your return from the beach. You can rinse off, rinse off your beach equipment and have it ready to go for your next beach day. brWe are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.brThe island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.brPet friendly. One parking space inside the gate but never under the covered garage and one space outside the gate in front of the building. Golf carts should park outside. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. Parking pass will be issued at the onsite office and it should be placed on the vehicle's dashbord as soon as possible.brbr2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 8 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.brbr3. Pets ~ We do not accept pets in our property.
