Therefore, you’ll find our cabin fully stocked with kitchens such as toilet paper, paper towels, hygiene products and so much more. br• You’ll find many little touches for an eco-friendly stay including recycling and many all-natural products.br• You’ll have access to the entire cabin except for the owner’s closet in the lower living level. br• The roads to the cabin are pretty easy to navigate, without any very steep mountain roads; however, we still recommend AWD in January and February, as the entire area is mountainous.br• There are no refunds for weather. We suggest you consider purchasing travel insurance for possible cancellations.br• There is parking for 6 cars in the driveway. br• Check-in is a breeze with digital locks and while your custom door code provides safety br• We understand that accidents happen. As part of your reservation, you will receive accidental damage protection for up to $500 (exclusions apply). We kindly ask that you inform us of any damages in a timely manner so we can start the remediation process. If the damage was caused by negligence, breaking of house rules or it falls under the exclusions, it may be withheld from your security deposit. Again, communication is key. Likewise, should you find anything broken upon arrival, please notify us right away so that we can correct the situation for you.br• If you are bringing a pet, this must be included in your booking so that the applicable pet fee is included in your rate. The hold is processed the day before your check-in and as long as the cabin and property are left in good condition, it is released within 3 days of your check-out.br• There is no smoking or vaping in the cabin. br• It’s BYOC (Bring Your Own Codes), so please bring your log-in and passwords to use the apps on the Smart TV’s.br• Guests consistently praise our attention to cleanliness, which is possible by our guests keeping the cabin tidy so our cleaning team can do a thorough clean each time. Our check-out instructions are basic, and we reserve the right to withhold money from the security deposit if you do not complete the requested tasks. We recommend previewing your driving plans as the default GPS route might not be the easiest route, especially when coming from the interstate. It is ideal for those seeking relaxation from the stress of life, a romantic getaway or family fun in the stunning Great Smoky Mountain area! brbrFirst Floor:brThe first floor offers a great room featuring the living room, dinning room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful granite counter-tops. Complete with dinner service for eight, cookware, cooking utensils, baking dishes and a coffee station to make a full pot or a single k-cup. The dinning room area has seating for six at the table and three additional bar stool seats at the kitchen counter-top. The entire first floor has hardwood plank flooring throughout with ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. For your convenience, a washer and dryer is available for use. Please note, there is no landline phone. brbrSnuggle up next to the fireplace in the living room to enjoy a movie and popcorn on the comfortable living room sofa.
