Stayed Aug 1, 2025Amy and Ben were awesome hosts. From check-in to check-out they were available for questions. The house is nicely stocked with the essentials to cook for our party of 8. The house was very clean and in a great location to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The kids loved the hot tub! We even had a guest (see pic) come to steal our shampoo and conditioner that was delivered before we got into town. Can’t be in the smokies and not hope you get to see a black bear enjoying their best life, this family of bears sure did. I guess they just needed to pick up the bear- essentials. Thanks to Amy and Ben for providing the entertaining ring doorbell footage! lol.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025This place is cute, but walls are to thin you can hear everything inside and outside of the house. You can hear every neighbor talking and the cars driving up and down the roads, every bed in the house was EXTREMELY HARD and NOT COMFORTABLE. We all woke up sore every morning. The master bedroom beds are indented with how many people have slept in it. You can see how deep it is and you can feel the bed springs so bad. The hot tub was so hot and we put it at 80 and even then it would say it was at 109 which is crazy. We just decided to leave it alone. There wasn’t enough soap for dishes or the dishwasher, the toiletries weren’t enough. They left us with one roll in each bathroom for 8 whole days with a family of 12. They should have lots of things stocked up somewhere so that we don’t have to contact the owners for things. Especially when it’s a big family staying for awhile. The pots and pans are so old and very cheap for cooking. They aren’t healthy especially the ones that are teflon because it’s coming off. The toilet handle upstairs didn’t work when you try to flush. The master bathroom tub took forever to fill because it has such a small faucet opening. The main staircase is a narrow spiral and it’s extremely difficult for an elderly person to go upstairs especially carrying luggage. Overall our stay was okay, hopefully they decide to buy new beds for all the rooms because that alone was very unpleasant to say the least.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025This was our first time staying in a cabin instead of a resort—and it certainly won’t be our last! From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was seamless and effortless. Communication was clear and timely, the cabin was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect. The amenities exceeded our expectations and truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We had a fantastic stay at this home in Sevierville! Its location was incredibly convenient, just 15-20 minutes from all the attractions in Gatlinburg. The house was spacious, with plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with essentials, making it easy to settle in. We especially loved spending time in the hot tub and relaxing in the living room, which had ample, comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy shows together. The owners were incredibly responsive and made the experience seamless. We truly lacked for nothing and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Very nice cabin, not far from local attractions but far enough not to be in the hustle and bustle of Peigon Forge. Amy and Ben answered all questions timely, and sent information that was needed for the stay.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023We had a great end of summer getaway in the mountains with family and friends. The house is beautiful, has modern amenities, clean, and was a convenient location for our plans (Dollywood and Anakeesta). The kids loved the game room and had nightly foosball tournaments. The price was reasonable, our host and hostess made us feel welcome and were very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to come back again soon!

Stayed Jul 13, 2023This was our families first vacation and our first vacation together with siblings and spouses and cousins. The comunication was exceptionally good with the owners. We had some trouble opening door and it was fixed in minutes. Hair driers had disappeared and there were new ones delivered in the morning. This was a quite neighborhood with local families so it was very quite and relaxing. Far enough away from noise and traffic but close enough to stop at a grocery store and all travel spots which included a scenic drive.

Stayed Mar 30, 2023We stayed at this gorgeous property for a getaway with our friends and all of our kids. The cottage was beautiful. It was a very peaceful setting with views of the trees and Forrest behind the cabin. The hosts were very helpful and quickly responded if we needed any assistance. Our favorite places to eat were the Alamo, Junction 35, the Local Goat. We went to Skyland Ranch one day as well, and the kids loved seeing and petting all of the animals.
