We stand behind our philosophy of “If you see something, say something!”brbrThe landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of Pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends.

This new cabin is located in an area unaffected by the 2016 wildfires and the mountains surrounding it are beautiful, green and untouched. We have completely renovated and updated this cabin and continue to make improvements. New mattresses, linens, and furniture are just the starting point. All cabinetry has been refinished (yes, that distressed look is intentional) and new hardwood floors have been installed. As more and more guests discover GracePointe Valley, our positive reviews increase. Come see what they're talking about! :-)brbrWith a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, queen beds in each of the two upstairs bedrooms, and a full bath on each floor, you'll have plenty of room for everyone in the family. Beds are 33 X70 inches as compared with standard twins which are 30 X 74 inches) bunk beds in the upstairs landing, making a fun spot for the kiddos.brbrThe kitchen is completely stocked with new dishes, flatware, and cookware. The view from the loft will take your breath away. Both bedrooms have been equipped with safety ladders in case of an emergency. There are two bathrooms, one on each level. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a fine meal and the dining table comfortably sits 6 people. There's a pantry in the kitchen to put away all your groceries. All the appliances are brand new and the kitchen and bathroom counters are are granite. The living room couch reclines for comfort and perfect for watching TV on the 55 flat screen TV. The back porch has been furnished for relaxation and comfort. Enjoying the hot tub with the sounds of the river and the variety of birds that inhabit the area is a relaxing treat. Gorgeous views, wildlife, and a pretty good chance you'll see a bear.brCLINGMAN'S DOME: 39 Miles. This will take 3-4 hours round trip. There are plenty of amazing hikes at Newfound Gap on the way up such as Andrews Bald and The Jump Off and more hikes in the Clingman's Dome area.
