Kitchen was small but adequate. Entire house was very clean with comfortable beds. Parking was great with no steps into cabin. Location was perfect for shopping and dining. Host was quick to respond at all times. Would certainly stay again.

The layout of the home worked perfectly for our group of 9 - 6 adults and 3 children. It was clean and stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher pods, k-cups and plenty of bath towels. Also, there was a separate basket of towels for the hot tub. Some cons:Oven needs to be calibrated - we figured out everything needed to be baked 25 degrees higher than normal for it to cook correctly. Keurig needed descaling before it would work. Blackstone was dirty and took about 20 minutes to clean before we could use it. Poker table and foosball table in the basement were missing. Kids were bummed and the rest of us were looking forward to playing games that we brought at the table - board games and Mexican train dominoes etc. Sheer blinds on windows made it very sunny in living area when watching the tv. Also would have been nice to have some sort of covering over front door. People walking and driving by can see right into house. Slick showers for the older generation that was with us. Some bathtub adhesives would solve that. Overall, a beautiful home and well stocked with many things. Also in a very convenient location to attractions and in a nice neighborhood. The “cons” could easily be rectified for future guests.Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Host was absolutely amazing and responded super quick. Cleaning could have been better ss there was a lot of dust/cob webs. Blender was functional but not sure for how much longer. Furniture was ok but could definitely be upgraded. Hot tub was clean and looked nice. I was unable to enjoy it due to being pregnant but my husband and his friend loved it. There were some minor issues but like I said the host was great with responding and offered assistance.

Although our family had a great time. There was a few issues. Upon our arrival the blackstone grill was dirty(maintenance took care of that) there are no blinds on the windows just shear curtains. No blinds on the front door so everyone can see in. The front porch was filthy. Two chairs in the gameroom were broken. Our bathroom door would not shut completely. Fans do not work in most of the bathrooms. Door handle fell off the bedroom door. The cabin is in need of some maintenance.

Plenty of room for 12 people. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms. The game room was great for playing games. The kitchen is a smaller but the table sits 10 plus the countertop bar. Highly recommend!

Overall, our visit was very nice. The gathering space in the living room and dining room was considerably smaller than it looked in the picture for 16 visitors. But it was clean, check in went smoothly. Nice back porch area. Couple things that might have been helpful is to have a sign by the sink saying the switch for garbage disposal was under the sink. We looked quite a while for that. Other thing, as an older adult, I would have really appreciated some kind of bathmat or stickers in the shower because the floor was quite slick. Overall, nice property.

Kathy, our host was absolutely the best, she always responded quickly to all questions. My family was sending her questions for months even before arriving (LOL). Kathy's recommendations for places to visit were spot on, with Anakeesta Mountain at the top of the list. I would also recommend staying late at Dollywood for the drone show and fireworks. The Cabin is in a great location, close to all activities plus as an extra bonus, close to shopping for groceries, clothing items missed in packing. We had 2 Rottweilers and 10 of us, the house was well equipped and large enough to handle all. Not much walking space outside the cabins to walk dogs, especially our big ones, but we made it work. Loved sitting on the back deck in the morning prior to the start of family daily activities, just breathing in fresh air and sipping on the morning brew. Cabin was well stocked with kitchen items, toilet paper, hand soap, towels etc. The kids were requesting to come back before we even left the cabin. Definitely a good find. On garbage day, our kids cited a bear and took snapshots of it heading up the road to the cabins. Keep your garbage bin cage locked as requested, check on garbage days after collection that the area is locked again by the removal service, ours wasn't. I wholeheartedly recommend this cabin, the VRBO site and our Star Host Kathy.
