We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you`d like the pool heated. Remove all shoes upon entering the home - please share this with all guests (the booking party is responsible for any damage to rugs, carpets, etc)br7. Please share any damages that occur with us right away - we understand that things happen and will work with you on a solution. But please don`t put us in a tight situation while we are preparing the home for another guest and dealing with a surprise problem!br8. Guests should dispose of all garbage in the trash canbr9. Do not use the premises for any illegal activitybr10. Any guests that are located within Tennessee MUST contact us prior to booking or the reservation will be cancelledbr11.
