Rented 4-Units for a family Get to gather for about 40 people, all of them were clean and well stocked with towels, garbage bags etc., Also about 15 uber ride to Broadway. We enjoyed our stay here.

The stay was nice and was conveniently close to the grocery store and Starbucks. The condos were really clean and the seller was easy to get in touch with.

We enjoyed the property very much. It was well-kept, and we loved the proximity to Starbucks, downtown, and the grocery store. My communication with the Property Manager was fantastic. He was responsive and very helpful by providing 'things to do' locally and resolution to any questions that I had within minutes. If we come back to Nashville, this property will be top on our list of places to stay.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Nashville with 30 friends and family. This property was excellent, every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, everything was clean and exceeded expectations. A short uber ride from all the hotspots! Would definitely recommend.

Glorious and blissful reunion spot We had about 46 family members utilize the four units for a big family reunion. When I say it was glorious and blissful I mean it. We had enough space for everyone and the units were clean functional and well-maintained. We were in an area that had everything we needed within walking distance. We were close enough to downtown and major attractions that we wanted to see. The owner was always pleasant and gave prompt responses to all my inquiries and concerns. My entire family loved the spot and no one complained. To God be all the glory for blessing us with this location and property. Additionally as it is pictured on VRBO is exactly how it looked.

Public and Starbucks practically on property. Easy drive to downtown. Quiet, nice neighborhood. I'd highly recommend. Itay was great to work with!

Almost unique amongst properties available, these condos have 4 bedrooms plus 4 baths, thus allowing 4 couples complete privacy. Plus, the property management could not be more accommodating & responsive - well done!

These townhomes had everything we needed for our large group visiting Nashville. The kitchen was fully furnished, laundry room fully stocked, modern Nashville themed decor, and grocery, restaurants, etc. nearby. The property description outlined the bed configurations perfectly so you can easily plan ahead on who sleeps where!!

We had a group of 41 and comfortably stayed her -8 people in a condo - one with 9. The condos were clean and looked brand new ! The location was great - loved the Publix right behind us - it was so convenient! Overall a wonderful place to stay. Joyce Leidenfrost
