We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. It is a 1929 Craftsman Bungalow with hardwood floors throughout the downstairs and cool architectural details like archways in the dining room and built-ins in many rooms for plenty of storage. The downstairs is 1400 square feet and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. brbrIn addition to the two bedrooms, the downstairs has a comfortable living room, dining room, kitchen, and family/tv room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a gas stove and dishwasher. There is roku tv for all your paid subscriptions (as well as Sling TV and antenna for local channels), wifi, and washer and dryer for your use. The house has central heat and air. There is also a couch that converts to a double bed in the family room that can provide additional sleeping space. The living room has games and books for your enjoyment. There are also tennis rackets and balls and a tennis court just three blocks from the house at the entrance to Shelby Park.brbrI travel frequently so may or may not be staying in the in-law suite upstairs. The upstairs is accessed from an outside staircase only.
