Stayed Feb 2, 2026Host was terrible. Nashville was in a state of emergency and %70 of the city was without power. I rented this property to escape the bitter cold but luckily our power was restored before the reservation even started. I contacted the host to attempt to cancel. I even offered to pay for the 1st 2 nights for the inconvenience. They were completely unwilling to budge. In a time of crisis, when other companies were offering to comp free stays and hotels offering discounts. This property management company charged me surge pricing. I didnt realize that until after the booking. I will never book with the property management company again. This is not a reflection of the wyndam grand. The property itself is great and staff at the actual property was lovely. I would stay ther again, just not through this host.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We were very satisfied with this place. So clean and comfy. Only Issues were the Patio Door was extremely hard to open & close. Also the shower door was the same.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024When booking I thought I was getting a two bedroom suite not two separate ones with two kitchens. Also I did not appreciate being approached about trying to buy into the property….timeshare.

Stayed Jan 4, 2024We enjoyed the clean and convenient accommodations. The two bedrooms and two baths worked well for our family. We also appreciated the close proximity to the Opry Mills area.
