Charming Jefferson City Retreat

Perfect fit for my family. During a difficult time of my Dad's passing we were able to enjoy the time together as a family. Will be using it again when I can get the family all together again. The outdoor space was just as great as the indoors watching my grandson run and play.

We enjoyed our stay while we were fishing a regional tournament. Janet was wonderful and was so thoughtful to include snacks and little extras throughout the house. We fish all over the United States and this has been one of the most enjoyable stays.

The property was so beautiful. The home was stocked with all the things one would need to feel at home while on vacation. Steve and Janet were amazing host who were quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay and during our stay. They had stocked the fridge with a few items for our arrival, snacks for our teens. They went above what they had to and purchased new twin beds for one room as i had mentioned in an inquire prior to arrival i was traveling with my teen children for the week and my parents. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we hope to return one day and explore more of the Great Smokey Mountain region. The Ramey Family

This was our first time staying at this house while we were visiting family in the area. Our experience was excellent! Janet and Mike are excellent hosts and they were quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house was very clean and well stocked with starter supplies. The area is very safe and Walmart and Food City are less than 10 minutes away. The beds were comfortable and the house really felt like home. Both of the bathrooms have been updated and they were excellent! The owners even left snacks and drinks for our arrival which was a very nice surprise. We enjoyed meeting the owners and we will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. 5 minute drive to restaurants and grocery store. Janet was extremely friendly and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

Janet was a very thoughtful and kind host. The beds were comfortable, the property beautiful, and it had a very nice outdoor patio for additional room if you had visitors.

My daughter who lives in Talbott found this property to rent. It is only about 8 miles from her house. My son and family stayed there with us while the son and family stayed with my daughter. We were 18 when we got together. We enjoyed the lovely yard and the rocking chairs in the large carport. The owners were very friendly and helpful. E had a nice hot dog roast and also made s’mores.
