There are two HVAC systems for those groups wanting there different temperature zones. Wall panels is each room allow for music on decks, bedrooms, great room, game room and master bedroom. Memory foam king beds in all rooms, upstairs bedrooms have shower/bath, downstairs bedrooms have showers. Stacked laundry room off game room. Whole house security and resort has 24 hour camera surveillance. With 43 acres and only 100 Log homes Black Bear was built saving its trees, and is well maintained with full time maintenance staff.
