A Getaway in Gatlinburg

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and absolutely loved it! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good. Clean and roomy. Love how deep in the middle of know where we were.

From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly friendly and informative. Communication was excellent—he responded quickly and kept me updated right up until check-in. Even after we arrived, he checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had no questions or concerns.The place itself was spotless and well-stocked with kitchen essentials and toiletries, which made our stay even more convenient. It’s in a great location—far enough from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville to avoid traffic, but still close enough to reach everything easily. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed this property. It had plenty of room for our family of 7. The kids loved the game room and the kitchen table was perfect for playing cards. Steve was an awesome host and quickly answered any questions we had. Highly recommend.

5 for the host. Extremely helpful and was available to answer any questions. Definitely couldn’t have asked for a better host.3 for the location. The house was “12-15” miles from everything but it took roughly 30-45 minutes to get anywhere. 5 for cleanliness. The house was cleaned and smelled fresh upon entry. The bidet in the main bathroom was definitely a plus. The appliances, kitchen utensils, K cups, and creamers were an added bonus. 2 for the furniture. The pull out couches are old and in dire need of replacing. The one in the living room especially, there is a huge dip in the middle of it. The mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable. The house has 4 bedrooms and only 2 of them had televisions. The living room was the only other room in the house with a tv. The living room could also use more sitting space. If you plan on staying during the colder months be prepared to deal with ladybugs. Apparently they’re coming inside to escape the cold air. I reached out to the host about it and he sent over a trap. Outside of the house needs more lighting. Maybe a motion sensor light. None of the things I mentioned above would deter me from recommending this place to anyone else. As for me I wouldn’t stay here anymore only because I like to be in the city amongst the night life. If you’re looking for something on the quieter side and more laid back then this is the perfect spot for you.

While we throughly enjoyed our stay, there is definitely room for improvement. The kids did love the gave room, only 1 ping pong ball. We should have brought extras. The furniture is very uncomfortable to sit on for extended time or to relax. The mattress on the bunk beds and spare room had lumps. They could all use a thick mattress pad. The shower curtain and water filter in the fridge both need to be replaced. None of the bad was a deal breaker. Location was very quiet, neighbors were friendly. The good definitely outweighed any negative. I would stay again, if we are in the area.

All was really good! Good communication and house was clean.

Away from the fray it was a lovely spot to relax with our family.
