Absolutely stunning modern style five bedroom, four bath home. Sitting down a private tree lined drive on nearly one acre of land. The lot is nearly level and features over 200 feet of water frontage and a covered two story boat dock. Located in the perfect spot on the lake. There is a beach for sunning and swimming in front of the house. We provide a kayak and a rowboat and paddleboard for your enjoyment. There is always water here. Located on a big basin, with natural area across the lake. Perfect for tubing and skiing right in front of the house, but off the main lake enough to avoid tons of boat traffic. There are three king size beds, one queen size bed, two sets of bunk beds in the children's room and also a two sets of reclining sofas. There is a screened porch for alfresco dining as well as an open deck along the back of the home where you can barbecue and watch the fun happening in the lake. There are two master suites, one upstairs and one down stairs. There is also a second mini kitchen downstairs with a refrigerator and a microwave. There are two complete living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. They both have fireplaces and spectacular views of the lake. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of high quality items. There is enough in the kitchen to cook a holiday meal and have everything you need. There is a custom farmhouse table which seats at least 10. In the downstairs family room, there is a Playstation for the kids and lots of video games, as well as board games, dvds and books in case you have a rainy day. The home is stocked as though we live there, nice linens, tons of towels etc. We really have tried to think of everything you could need to make this the vacation of your dreams! Guests return year after year. 60 inch TV in the upstairs family room and reclining leather sofas also new 2 new TV's in guest bedrooms. We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer. Shorter term rentals will be accepted but not until it gets closer to the summer. We love the area so much that we bought another house. We have been personally managing our Lake Keowee vacation rentals since 2014, so you can feel comfortable booking our home. brbrWelcome to what is unquestionably one of the premier vacation rentals on Lake Keowee. Brand new high end home with all top of the line construction and designed to maximize the amazing view of Lake Keowee. Home is situated on a flat lot, a mere 50 feet from the shores of Keowee. This results in an amazing combination of wonderful expansive 180+ degree lake views, but minimal effort to get to and from the huge 1000 square foot covered dock, with 12-15 feet deep water at the dock. The lot is also at the entrace to a cove with a no-wake buoy, so there is minimal boat traffic or waves to deal with, leading to a very peaceful serene experience. Although the home is in a cove, it still has a huge amazing Lake Keowee view! The home boasts 5 large private bedrooms, all with ensuite baths, and two huge living areas, on three separate levels, so there is plenty of privacy, but also plenty of space for gatherings. We have just added a bunk room with two twins over two queens, a perfect kid's space. 6th full bathroom also on the lower level. The home has also maximized the outdoor living areas, with over 1200 square feet of covered patio and deck space and 2 outdoor stone fireplaces with gas logs.brbrThe front of the home is a combination of board and batten siding, authentic stone, copper accents, with cedar beam entry in a Modern Farmhouse/Craftsman style. As you enter the home, you are greeted by an expansive open floor plan with a 25 foot wide wall of windows showcasing the expansive lake views. The gorgeous gourmet kitchen has upgraded appliances, 6 burner gas range, oversized refrigerator and a huge island with bar seating. We have tried to stock the kitchen with everything you could possibly need. We have a blender, toaster oven with air fry option, combination Keurig/coffee pot Cuisinart coffee maker, pots and pans, crock pot, spice rack, and many other items! The kitchen flows seamlessly into the huge open living area. This area contains a dining area with seating for 10 (plus bar seating). Beside the dining area is a large living area with modern white brick fireplace, gas logs, huge television, and abundant seating perfect for gathering. brbrThis home is modern in every way, including technologically. The home has 9 Smart TVs, all brand new, 8 equipped with Directv. Each TV is a Smart TV, with Hulu, Prime Video, Netflix, and any other App you desire on all TVs. brbrFrom the living area, there are two sets of expansive sliders leading to the back porch, which is a mere 50 feet from the shore. This entire porch is covered, and has multiple fans and abundant comfortable high end Polywood furniture, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas even on the warmest summer days. A beautiful handmade light blue barn door can be closed to create a private oasis for the lucky guests occupying this room.brbrThe second floor provides a quiet retreat with two bedrooms, both private suites with private baths. One bedroom is oversized and has two queen beds, television, and large bathroom. The other bedroom has king bedding, television, and large bathroom. Both rooms are quite large, and both have beautiful elevated lake views. There is also a cozy reading nook and writing desk upstairs between the bedrooms.brbrThe terrace level has a second master, nearly identical to the main level master, with expansive lake views, oversized bath and closet, television and luxury king bedding. Sliders lead to a private lakeside sitting area. There is a 6th bedroom on this level as well, a custom bunk room with two Twin XL beds over two Queen beds. There are built in outlets, lights, shelves and a 50 inch TV. Truly a kids' (or adults'...) paradise! The terrace level also has a 6th full bath. This level has an enormous recreation room, with pool table area, built in bar with additional refrigerator, sink and commercial ice maker, and huge seating area with comfortable sectional, stone fireplace with gas logs, and huge TV. This area is perfect for movie night, watching football games, and relaxing. Similar to the main level, nearly the entire back wall of this room is glass and affords amazing Keowee views. brbrStepping outside the terrace level, there is a covered porch with second stone fireplace and gas logs. Yes, there are four sets of gas logs and 4 stone or brick fireplaces! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a great day on the water. This property is very unusual for Lake Keowee, in that the back yard is nearly flat, and it only takes a few steps on the flagstone path to get to the shoreline. The path leads to the oversized covered dock, perfect for soaking up sun, and large enough to dock any boats or jet skis you bring or rent, and 12-15 feet of deep crystal clear water at the dock. Plenty of room for multiple vessels. The dock has a stair step-style ladder, which makes entering an exiting the lake much easier. We also have fold down water bench, which sits at water level, allowing legs and feet to cool off in the water. We provide two stand up paddle boards, two single kayaks, and one double kayak for our guests to use free of charge. brbrFinally, the home has an oversized two car garage for our guests to use as well, and the grounds are manicured to perfection!brbrAll furniture, bedding, appliances, linens (everything in the house) is brand new, purchased new at the time of construction. Cozy Log Cabin only 15 miles from Clemson. On 1 acre of land with plenty of parking and a level yard to play in. Private covered dock on a deep cove for you to bring your boat or rent one from one of the many marinas on Lake Keowee. Comes with 3 kayaks to use. This is a unique home, since it has a full lower level with a separate den and kitchen. The main level has a nice master with a king bed and master bath. There is also an office on the main level with a twin bed and full bathroom adjacent to the office. Updated kitchen and dining for 6-8 people on the main level. The living area walks out onto a beautiful deck with plenty of seating. The washer/dryer is on the main level. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and share a full bath. The lower level has a spacious bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom off the bedroom. There is a den with a queen pull out couch. A full kitchen is also on the lower level and another full bathroom off of the den area. This house is only 8 miles from the nearest grocery store. No pets allowed

Great location only 8 minutes to Seneca and 15 miles to Clemson. There is a dollar store just a couple minutes away for any forgotten items or extra ice. This home is perfect for all Clemson activities including Parent weekend, graduation and all sporting events.brbrOur home has three indoor seating areas, each with a TV, to spread out and enjoy different views of the lake. There is a bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed, and a bedroom downstairs with a queen bed. The third bedroom has two full beds, and both have twin trundles. The perfect bedroom for kids. One of the seating areas has a sleeper sofa with a king pullout for another sleeping option. There are two full baths that have double vanities.brbrEnjoy the lake views from the decks on comfortable furniture. Have fun at the lake on our sandy beach in the summer (at normal lake level), using one of our kayaks, or swimming from the boat dock.
