There is a second outdoor patio space, wonderful for quietly taking in the lovely outdoors. There is one full bath, one half-bath and two separate shower rooms on the lower level with easy access when coming in from the lake. Two additional bedrooms face the lake for more enjoyment. One connects to a full bath and the other sits beside the half bath. A family room and billiard room provide extra room for entertainment and enjoyment, include a pool table, foosball table, chess table, and large smart TV, visible from the billiard table. brbrOUTDOORS:brA large covered dock sits in the water, with room for two extra boats to be tied up. The swim deck has eight feet uncovered and four feet covered for both plenty of sun and shade to make everyone happy. The use of the dock is free for our guests.
