Host was easy to contact and communicate with. Lake view and access was amazing! The house is nice, just needs a little TLC. The driveway was a little steep if pulling a boat but can accommodate a couple of cars

Little dated but Clean and Convenient. Reminded me of my childhood days at my grandparents sound house. Very nostalgic. Neighbors across the street were a little loud during the day but no issues at night. Host was easy to reach.

The home was beautiful, the amenities fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the kayaks! The kitchen was also stocked with all the basics we needed which saved us from additional grocery expense for items we would only be using for a couple of days. The owner was also a delight to work with. Wonderful experience!

The home is located on a beautiful, quiet cove of Lake Keowee. The house was well stocked and comfortable. We had great communication with the hosts and check in was easy. Clemson University is about 30 minutes from the home.

The property was perfect for a long weekend with family. Porches, swings, and hammocks provided relaxing spaces with lovely views. Kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. Upon arrival it was very clean and even had fresh flowers blooming in the yard and on the countertop. Lots of activities for all then members of the family—ping pong, foosball, kayaking, puzzles, and sand area with toys. Definitely would stay here again.

Plenty of space for whole family ( all seniors). Beautiful view. Everything you need for your stay. Jim and Gail made check in a breeze. Rent yourself a boat and explore the lake! Or just relax on the deck. Took a trip to the lost sea in Tennessee. Perfect lake house!

House and lake view is nice, the driveways are steep. So if pulling a boat just be aware.

This was a great trip. Loved the house - the Tarheel room was an added bonus to make these fans feel welcome. The house is conveniently located, close to shopping and places to eat. I highly recommend! We will book again.

Deck areas could’ve been cleaner and less cluttered. Some of the beds were very hard. Loved the walkway to the lake. Very handicapped accessible walk to lake.

House is fantastic, dock is amazing. Plenty of room for large family. Quite and peaceful neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay at the house. We loved the cove and the neighbors were awesome. The house had all the supplies you could need and more. The home was amazing and owners were wonderful communicators. The VRBO listing pictures do not do the home justice. It was very roomy, and we all felt like we were at our family lake house for a week. Welcoming home and very well stocked with games, water toys, and kitchen necessities. Beds are super comfy. The yard was amazing and the dock perfect for accommodating 2 additional boats. Quiet, deep water cove, convenient to town for all of your supply needs. Our family has paid double and triple costs to stay in “fancier” homes on Keowee over the years but none top the vibes and comfort level we felt staying in this home. We will definitely be back!

This property was beautiful. The host communicated very well and was very nice. Loved our stay. Beds are on the firm side but still good.

The house was perfect spot for our family for Clemson Graduation. Location is about 30 minutes from campus so not difficult to get back and forth. We loved having access to the lake and had plenty of outdoor seating and space for all to enjoy the porch when we congregated at the house after graduation. Owners were easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked with everything we needed.

Wonderful lake house inside and out.Beautiful landscaping. Even on a rainy day, the generous covered deck with lots of seating allows outdoor time.

We had 3 generations during our stay and everyone had a great time. The beds are comfy, kitchen is stocked, it was clean and there is plenty of space. The hosts are easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. The views are beautiful, we loved hearing the woodpeckers and other wildlife. We enjoyed fishing right off the dock (no nibbles though). We’d love to revisit this property when it’s warmer to really enjoy all it has to offer. We did use the kayaks which are nice and sturdy. We enjoyed dinner on the upper deck, played games there too and loved the swing on the lower deck.

Jim and Gail are super hospitable. We loved staying in the Lakehouse, and can’t wait for a chance to come back.

Property was immaculate, views were amazing Property owners were very quick to respond. We were visiting for Clemson graduation.

The house was clean. Perfect for visiting with family who live in the area. It is close to lots of stores and restaurants. My girls loved the hammock, swing and hammock chair on the lower deck.

Everything is as promised. Very responsive host.

We gathered at the lake house for an early Thanksgiving. It was nice to have my grown kids join us. The location was relaxing and there was a lot of space to spread out. The porch view is beautiful. We loved the hammocks. The kitchen had all we needed to cook. Thank you for sharing your home.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend with family at this awesome VRBO on beautiful Lake Keowee! Our group included 4 adults and 5 teenagers, and the spacious house had plenty of room for all to spread out. The boys caught fish off of the dock and canoed on the lake, while the girls made the short drive to Downtown Clemson for lunch and shopping. We grilled out on the deck each night while we enjoyed the beautiful views of the lake. And we made it to our tailgate spots early and ahead of all of the game day traffic for the Clemson Football Game. Our hosts were available to answer a few questions, even though they were out of town during our stay. A great experience and accommodations from start to finish, with no issues, makes this VRBO a 5-star choice!

Overall it’s a fairly nice property. It is dated but served us well. I wish the gas fireplace was available or provided instructions how to get it started. Also recommend providing instructions how to access live TV. This may be important for some guests during football season that want to watch games. Family room roku app would not allow adding apps (such as youtube TV) but I was able to go through installed YouTube app to get YouTube TV.

We booked this home for a fall weekend and it was absolutely lovely. It's a great place to have a huge family together with lots of places to hang out and enjoy the lake views or enjoy each other. Our small family had everything we needed there to be very comfortable and were so close to Clemson University. Beautiful landscaping, beautiful lake view, beautiful dock!

We had a group of us in town for the Louisville/Clemson football game. The house was perfect, great relaxing views of the lake and easy 25 minute drive to the stadium. The kitchen had about everything you could imagine to cook with. House was clean with plenty of towels and clean linens. Had it been a bit warmer a swim from the dock would have been nice. Maybe next time. Go Cards!!!!

This house was great! It had a lot of space and a beautiful view.

My family and I had the best relaxing weekend at this beautiful home. The house was clean, had plenty of space for five of us, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy as well as plenty of hammocks and chairs to lounge in outside. The lake was gorgeous, and my boys loved fishing and kayaking. Although we sat by the water most of the day, the kids (ages 11, 13, and 15) also really enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball when inside. Communication with the owner was great and we also really appreciated the later check out time. Thank you Jim and Gail for sharing your home!

This is a beautiful property and is set up to accommodate a large party of guests. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for the Clemson vs. Appalachian State football game and although the game was abysmal, our time at the cabin was perfect! Plenty of room for both families to spread out and lots of nice amenities. We would definitely stay here again! Super convenient to Clemson University.The hosts were very responsive too!

We were here to celebrate my husband's 71 Birthday ! It is a very peaceful and spacious home. The kitchen is very large and we cooked most of our meals here. The new grill on the porch is superb! We are very appreciative of our Host’s Jim and Gail. We were so happy that we added an extra night to our stay😃

This was our 3rd time staying here and as always we had a wonderful week. Great location in a quiet cove. House was clean and nice open floor plan on the main level. We loved the upper deck area.

House is nice! Gave it 3 stars for cleanliness because there were granola bar wrappers on floor in one bedroom and so many cobwebs. Gas grill was unusable because the bottom was completely burnt out but once we notified owner he tried to get one delivered to the house that week, once he couldn't he said we could go buy one if we wanted and he'd reimbruse us. We did that and he reimbursed us right away. All this was while he was out of the country! Would stay here again, overall the stay was wonderful.

This Lake Keowee home provided us a great family gathering of Grandparents, Parents, and Grandchildren. It is on a quiet cove in view of the main body of the lake. We greatly enjoyed the dock area while swimming with PFDs, kayaking, and canoeing. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. Bedrooms and baths were fine. The home is well-kept and has a magnificent view from its cove! Recommended! (Space for 11 - we actually had 9.)

We had a great week and your house was fantastic! It was well stocked and very accommodating for our group. The carpet on the walkway to the dock was good due to how hot and slippery the wood gets. This really helped. The landscaping is beautiful and very well maintained. You’ve been a pleasure to work with!
