The home is fully furnished and very clean!!! The living room features a new flat screen smart TV through which you can access your own personal streaming accounts and DVD player, along with an additional Queen sleeper sofa, a comfortable love seat and a cozy sitting/reading area. Our master bedroom has a King bed with a smart TV and private bath. Our fun second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (a twin over full and a twin over twin) and an attached bath. The open kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, disposal, toaster, blender and all the kitchen supplies you need. Enjoy a sit-down meal at the 6-seat dining table and a kitchen counter equipped with 3 bar stools. There is parking and a small storage area below the house containing beach/pool supplies including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys and pool floaties. There is also a charcoal grill. After the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and foot rinsing station on the side of the house. There are also basic baby supplies available if needed. We provide bed linens and bath towels which are laundered by our cleaning crew. There are also beach towels available if needed. brbrWe are directly across the street from the beach (approximately 2 minute walk) and minutes from some of the best golf courses in the USA.
