Stayed Sep 12, 2024Great property with 4 beds and baths for 4 couples to have their own space. Extra bunk rooms too. Its in a perfect location for us to be able to chill on the beach or walk the pier. Marshwalk just minutes away too

Stayed Jun 27, 2024It is in a great location on the beach. The house had extra beach chairs and beach things for us to use. Any questions or thing that we might of needed they were very attentive on and responded very quickly to our text messages. Since the house was not rented the night before they allowed us to check in a little earlier which was very nice. We will definitely be staying with them again.

Stayed Sep 9, 2023Our stay at Karl’s property was nothing short of magical. The house is clean, fully equipped with kitchen needs, plenty of beds and sleeping arrangements for a full house, beach chairs, umbrellas, SPECTACULAR sunrises and sunsets over the ocean, and access to all that Garden City has to offer. Karl is an extremely communicative, present and accommodating host who made our stay was everything we wanted and expected it to be. Our family truly had such a beautiful time together at this property and enjoyed many early and late walks on the beach together. 11/10 recommend choosing to stay at this house, or any other of Karl’s properties!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023The property was nice and in a great location. Karl is very responsive, helpful and friendly. We had a great time there. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the cooking utensils. We cook a lot and we found that area lacking.
