A Place at the Beach Oceanfront on the Garden City Peninsula

This is our second time staying here. We love it and all that this place has to offer. It's always so neat and clean. We had everything we needed to fix our Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. So many convenient things for us. We were close to everything that we needed and wanted to go to while we were there. Can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything.

Two fantastic restaurants a skip across the street. View of the marina and garden court yard. Simon the balcony and hear the ocean and feel the nice breeze. Unit poolside and only a minute stroll down the direct access to the beach. Although I had my car loaded with all the essentials, the owner had chairs, umbrella if needed for a leisurely day at the beach. The building itself was super clean and permanent residents met were super nice. Check-in to the property could not have been easier. A true vacation. Also, for those not familiar with location, grocery store only 2.3 miles from unit. I was fortunate enough to get permission to take my small fur baby. He enjoyed watching and chasing birds.

if was good. We had no problems really. About the only negatives was a leaky bathroom faucet and floppy mattress pad in the master bedroom.

It was all right, not up-to-date on technology. Very small TVs.

Wonderful location!

Enjoyed staying in this unit. There were plenty of amenities available and the location was easy to access the grassy area to walk the dog and a short walk to the beach.

We have stayed at Michele's place several times and it is always a top-notch experience. The condo is clean, comfortable and right on the beach. We hope to stay again!

The unit was located on the front beach and we loved having the option of a pool. The whole building was quiet and the courtyard for our dog was a welcome surprise!

We absolutely love staying in this condo, we have been using this rental for several years. The location is perfect for us, we are away from all the noise of the boardwalk yet only a few mile drive when we want to do touristy things. The only negative I have is the bedroom needs new deep pocket sheets.

Ideal location to enjoy peaceful beach getaway

For two people it was perfect. We also had our dog with us. Was quiet and relatively handy to groceries and shopping. The pool was great and so was the beach. Also handy to churches. If you like a condo, you’ll enjoy this tremendously.

Even with the incredibly bad weather and limited beach time, (thanks to Hurricane Debby) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at A Place At The Beach. The property is super clean, kitchen is well stocked and you could not ask for a better location!

Beautiful, not crowded beach. Convenient access to great restaurants and plenty of activities to enjoy your stay. Or just relax at the beach & pool. The owner was very responsive to questions and we had no problems with our stay. I'd highly recommend renting this condo, I hope to come back myself!

My husband and our friends had wonderful stay the week of July 4th! The condo was super clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the week. We would stay absolutelty stay again!
