One of which is a separate in-law suite with its own kitchen bath and living space inside the home(accessible only from inside the home). There is plenty of room in each room of the house for big families. We have enough room to sleep 14 with room for air mattresses. PeachLife is pet friendly and the big backyard is fenced. We just ask that you clean up any pet mess from inside and the yard and crate them if left alone, if they are chewers, etc...and try to keep off furniture and beds. We provide all sheets and pillows. As well as all bath towels. We do not provide beach towels. This is our old family home that we would like to share with your family. PeachLife is an 8-minute walk or 2-minute golf cart ride(rented nearby) to the ocean. Garden City is located in the heart of the Grand Strand just minutes from shows, food, and fun. The Garden City Pier and the Arcade are just 1 mile away.

Bring your fishing poles or rent them on Garden City Pier for some great fishing. Let the kids play in the arcade on a rainy day or grab some ice cream and walk the pier. With 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, there is ample space for everyone to unwind and recharge. Located on Holiday drive, nestled between the beach and the marsh and not even a mile from the GARDEN CITY PIER! Exterior features include a top porch with marsh views to watch the beautiful sunrise/sunset and a downstairs entertaining area complete with outdoor grill/bar, tv, picnic table, beautifully landscaped yard, sound bar, fire pit and plenty of outdoor activities like corn hole board and a giant connect four. From the ground floor, there is space to park 5-6 vehicles in the front drive and the side drive. We do allow motorcycles and/or trailers but they must fit in the driveway. You can access the second floor by the ground level stairs. Please note: this house is not handicap accessible and the only access to the main floor entrance is stairs. The back deck also includes entrance to the house along with outdoor furniture to sit and relax. Outdoor, uncovered shower is available for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. The ground floor includes a living room complete with a new sofa bed that will comfortably sleep2 people! Also a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, bar and two person dining table. You have 3 bedrooms, one King and two queens as well as 1 1/2 baths with shower only downstairs. The top floor includes a living room, complete with reclining sofa and recliner and smart TV. You also have a sitting area with another huge couch and a dining area. The Garden City Pier is 0.7 miles away from the house, this pier is 668 ft long and there is currently no fee to walk on it!
