The building is centrally located between the Garden City and Surfside Beach fishing piers and is considered the premier building in the area. It is located within close proximity to Murrells Inlet, the Marsh Walk and Market Commons. Our condo is totally renovated and updated with new dining, living, bedroom and patio furniture, and custom tiled baths including a rainhead in the master walk in shower. Enjoy new lighting, accessories, appliances, and wall mounted smart TV’s in the living room and in all bedrooms.brThis condo sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with patio access and a view that allows you to stay in bed and watch the morning sun rise over the ocean. Bedroom #2 is also furnished with a king-size bed and bedroom #3 has 2 twins. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom . Towels and bed linens are provided with beds made up upon your arrival.brThe kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home, including: ice maker, drip/pod coffee maker, microwave, large selection of pots and pans, dishes, crockpot, toaster and blender. There is a fully equipped wet bar in the living room for ease in entertaining. Our unit also has a new washer and dryer for your convenience. brThe One Ocean Place pool deck has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs with plenty of lounge chairs overlooking the ocean. This is a family-owned condo. We have lived in the area for over 35 years and we take a lot of pride in its cleanliness and appearance.
