The property was just as advertised. Extremely clean, convenient, and spacious. Multiple bathrooms and bedrooms made it easy for our large group of 10. The pools were very nice - plenty of tables and chairs for use. We enjoyed seeing the turtles and being close to the driving range. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip - party of 8. The check in process was quick and easy. The condo location is perfect, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The place was spotless- I mean spotless!!! We had zero issues. Spent a day at the pool talking with some of the residents, they were so friendly. Highlight of the trip was John (from Boston) the shuttle driver. He rocks. What a great guy. Extremely helpful and so nice. Our trip was fantastic and we can’t wait to come back again.

I would add just a couple of points: Number 1, the rugs in the living area and entrance way and kitchen did not lay flat, had large folds that we tripped on periodically. I think it could be a falling hazard especially to elderly people who may have walking issues to begin with. Number 2, the thermostat was difficult to operate on the cold mornings when we needed a little heat in February. And 3, seating in the living room was not the most comfortable. A bench seat with no back, a chair in the corner which was awfull, when we had people over visiting. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. It was clean and new.

The condo unit was very accommodating and spacious. We traveled with a family of 9 and everyone had plenty of room. The location was central to all the activities, especially the beach just a few blocks away. I would like to thank Rose Real Estate for meeting all our needs and look forward to book through them again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for my family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids under 5). We never felt like we were on top of each other or in the way. It is just a short walk to the pool/fitness area or a short golf cart ride to the beach entrance. The whole area was very quiet and relaxing day and night. Rose Real Estate was great to work with. They answered the phone promptly and when there was an issue with the wifi, they got it fixed right away. The only thing I would say it needed was the first bathroom needed a little better clean. It was still pretty sandy and dusty when we got there. But other than that our stay was really great and I would stay again if we return to Myrtle Beach in the future.

Overall wonderful experience! This home was “very accommodating” and well-suited for our family vacation. The only recommendation would be for the cleaning company to pay closer attention to the cleanliness of the dishes, plates and silverware prior to another family coming in! Outside of that…you can’t go wrong booking accommodations at this property! Convenient location to the beach, food and entertainment. Will definitely consider returning for future stays!!
