While there are hills, my family and I have walked home from many games to avoid traffic. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is our full-time home, but we temporarily move out so that our rental guests can enjoy all that Clemson offers. Please be mindful that this home is not a party rental. We love our neighbors and want to keep them happy.brOur home sits on Lake Hartwell and we have a gradual slope that allows easy access to swim. The main floor of our house has an open-plan kitchen / family room, two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms, and a large covered porch and uncovered deck. The upper floor has two more bedrooms that share a common bathroom.brbrNote 1: because of Clemson city ordinance, no more than two families can rent at one time with a maximum of 10 people total. brbrNote 2: while the property is very close to the lake, we are not lakefront and do not have a dock. brbrNote 3: there is a separate garage apartment with a separate entrance that is rented by a graduate student. There are no shared spaces other than the driveway.
