Modern Home w/ Yard + Deck, 1 Mi to Clemson U!

The home was exactly as advertised, well kept and decorated, comfortable clean and roomy, in a good location close to Clemson U - though more of a short drive than a walk. We had a tiny issue w one toilet and the owner/manager fixed it within two hours. We all (mom, dad, new student, high schooler) would consider staying again

Overall great experience with the ease of use and the cleanliness of the house.

Everything was in it's place. Very nice and very comfortable... I'd highly recommend this property. The owner sure did make it nice and everything worked.

This lovely updated home was the perfect place for family to stay for CU graduation, 2025. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make meals, and the Publix was 2 minutes away for stocking the fridge. The outdoor areas were lovely. We had a wonderful time. I just hate we just found it, but maybe we can come back for football. Highly recommend.

I stayed here with my son who attends Clemson and it was perfect. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and of course campus. He was recovering for surgery so the house was great for me to take care of him and get back and forth to campus. Now I need to come back for a football game!!

We had a great stay in this lovely home visiting our daughter at Clemson. It was a perfect location and space for her and a couple of friends to have a home away from home while easily going back and forth to campus and their dorms. The house has ample space in the bedrooms, is nicely decorated, and was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay! We were comfortable, the house was well equipped if we needed anything and nicely decorated. Easy check in, nice touch providing local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Quick little trip to visit our son at Clemson. House has a wonderful location. Close to restaurants and only a mile and half to downtown Clemson. Home was very clean. Super easy check-in. Lots of room. Host also thought of little things that we didn't use but noted---toothbrushes, air spray, hand lotion, etc., TV in master is nice. Big TV in family room. Bathrooms are good sized. Backyard is great for sitting around and talking. Highly recommend!

Place was clean and cozy and met our needs for daughter’s Clemson graduation. Well stocked kitchen and great 3 season porch. Would have been nice to have leaves/ Debris cleaned up from driveway and backyard as we had to do that ourselves.

We brought our daughter out for her third year at Clemson and this by far was the best place we have stayed. Sooo relaxing, clean and close to campus. The house was absolutely adorable! We would definitely stay here again!!! Loved every minute of it?
