We have a relaxing Lake Hartwell family home with 6 bedrooms. We are 1 mile to downtown Clemson and 2 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium. While there are hills, my family and I have walked home from many games to avoid traffic. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is our full-time home, but we temporarily move out so that our rental guests can enjoy all that Clemson offers. Please be mindful that this home is not a party rental. Stayed Sep 19, 2025The house was perfect for Clemson Parents weekend. We had plenty of room for the families that stayed with us. The location could not be better. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch looking at the lake.

Stayed May 8, 2024What a wonderful home and location! We were there for several days celebrating graduation and this property worked out perfectly for us. It is so close to campus and convenient to everything we were doing that weekend. The home is so well stocked and comfortable and the lake view and dock are wonderful. The owner is so easy to work with and very attentive. I highly recommend this property— Especially for football weekends or any time you need a close proximity to campus! Very quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Nov 10, 2023My friends and family rented this house for a football game weekend, and it couldn’t have been better. Plenty of space inside, great outdoor area, and a beautiful view of the lake. Catherine was a great host and was very responsive. 10/10
