($10 Uber ride). Spend time in this wonderful city in a place that feels like home. Includes full kitchen, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, large screened in porch, board games and desk space.brbrThis is an older home, built in 1972 that has been fully remodeled in 2023. It has a large kitchen and dining room area that is open to the living room as well. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is filled with charm and has a cozy, homey feel to it that many guests have absolutely loved. A brand new AC unit was installed in February of 2021 to keep you cool on those hot summer days. brbrIt has a large screened in porch (with two ceiling fans) where you can enjoy the summer breeze and have a nice dinner to wind down from a long day at the beach. It can get a bit dirty when it rains due to dirt splashing into the porch, but it is cleaned every time the house gets flipped after guests leave. It's a screened in porch in South Carolina so there will definitely be bugs.brbrThe value of this home is incredible and the location is amazing. The backyard is enclosed by a 6ft fence.brbrPlease note that the number of guests is based on 2 people per bed. If you plan to sleep 1 to a bed, this property sleeps 8 (with pullouts). brbrbrbr- The first unit is a newly renovated, 2 bedroom apartment with a private entrances to both rooms, a beautiful rustic design, black walnut countertops, fully stocked kitchen, and a large tile shower with a granite bench seat. This second unit comfortably sleeps 5 adults with two memory-foam queen beds and one futon.brbrbrbr- The second unit features an open floor plan, 17 ft cathedral ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, live edge slab bar top, a 250 sqft of deck and outdoor living space, a bedroom with a queen bed on main floor, loft with a queen bed accessed by a spiral staircase, and spacious bathroom with tiled shower.
