There is a wonderful outdoor space with a kitchen, fireplace, patio heaters, grill, eating area, heated pool, hot tub and gorgeous view, especially at sunset. The upstairs BNB space includes a kithenette, bathroom, living space, large bedroom and separate entrance. The location is perfect for horse lovers, hikers, kayakers, bikers, wine enthusiasts, and antique shoppers. We are 20 min from Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC) and 10 min from FENCE. Please note that BNB space is the upstairs part of our home where my husband and I live downstairs. We also have a dog and several cats on the property. Please note that our pool is normally open from mid-March/April through October. In addition, we do have outside security cameras installed.

Rustic yet luxurious, the original schoolhouse features remain; the bell, water fountain, chalkboards, and doors. While the chalkboards are reminiscent of school days, there is no writing on the boards allowed. Artwork is displayed throughout for a gallery feel. We offer an indoor pickleball court! (for those competitive pickleball fanatics, please know our court does not have sidelines!) brThe wifi is only available in the front rooms, not the back bedrooms. We have a backyard firepit with chairs and wood, a picnic table, and a charcoal barbeque! The large bin in the backyard has small wood to start your fire. Large windows allow for a bright and open feeling. Cozy furniture and chairs are set up throughout the bedrooms and shared spaces. The bedrooms are spacious and have light-blocking shades. This is a garage apartment bungalow in beautiful Campobello SC, 5 miles to Main Street in Landrum SC, 25 minutes to downtown Spartanburg, 40 minutes to downtown Greenville SC, and about 45 minutes to Asheville NC. Many small North Carolina towns like Tryon, Saluda, Columbus, and Hendersonville are 15 minutes to 40 minutes away. Chimney Rock is about 45 minutes away. Harmon Field with all its beautiful amenities is a 12 minute drive. Inside the unit, downstairs is the kitchen offering concrete counters, under cabinet lighting, stainless appliances (gas range, full refrig, microwave, air fryer, & coffee pot), a dining area, and an attractive bathroom with a cast iron soaker tub. Upstairs is the spacious loft area with 4 different bed options (A queen, two twins, and a double mattress on the floor). The grounds include an orchard, gardens, a few chickens, and some walking paths. You can cycle around Landrum SC or on any of the country roads here. **The stairs to the loft are a sturdy ship-ladder style and all beds are upstairs(See photos).**
