Beyond the living room lies the sunroom, with a dining table that seats eight, a pool table, and large windows offering stunning views of the lake. Adjacent to the sunroom is the full kitchen, complete with an additional living room space and TV. The kitchen also includes another dining table, perfect for a kid's table during mealtime!brbrConnected to the main living room is the primary bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed, and private sunroom. The ensuite bathroom is perfect for 2 with a walk-in shower, separate tub, double sinks, and a walk-in closet.brbrUpstairs, you'll discover an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom off the hallway features a king-sized bed, TV, full ensuite bathroom, and breathtaking lake views. To access the library hallway leading to a children's playroom with a TV, you must pass through this room.brbrAt the end of the main hallway, the 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the 4th bedroom is outfitted with 4 twin-sized beds (2 bunk beds). This will be sent through a money request.brbrYou will receive a 'boarding pass' upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!brbrWe are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.brQuiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. Please be mindful of all neighbors.brbrNo parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time. If you have more than the maximum number of guests allowed at the property at any time you are subject to an additional fee of $50/person. You will be required to leave immediately, with no refund, if any events are taking place at our home.brbrNo smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $250 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.brbrThis property is not pet friendly. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home, you will be charged $250 for cleaning + any additional damages.brbrPlease note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request.brbrIf the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee via Airbnb's Resolution Center that covers our costs.brbrEarly check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $50. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.brbrPack n plays and highchairs are available for rent and must be requested through your boarding pass. These are first come, first serve. We will deliver them to the house prior to your stay, if requested ahead of time. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for any last minute requests but will have them delivered the next day.brbrIf personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you. Personal items will be kept for 2 weeks after your check-out. After that period, they will be disposed of.
