This comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house is perfect for families. It is situated in a quiet cove, but close to the big waters of Lake Hartwell. This is private property with a gated drive. It is located 25 mins. from Clemson University, 20 mins. from Anderson, SC, 10 mins. from I-85, and 2 mins from Green Pond Landing. The house is right across the lake from Portman Marina where non-ethanol gas is available. brThere is a large dock with swimming ladder and easily accommodates your boat. The large yard has plenty of room to run and play and to park your boat trailer. There is definitely room to strike up a friendly ball game, so bring your football or ball and bat. brThe kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and small appliances, but no dishwasher. The great room has a table with seating for 8. There are two additional tables for playing board games and puzzles. The screened porch offers a wonderful view of the lake and is especially nice at sunset. It also has comfortable seating for 4-8. One of the 2 additional outdoor decks has a table with seating for 6.
