The queen room features a 55” TV. We also offer a snow cone machine, ice cream maker, and additional countertop ice maker. Downstairs, you will find a second living room with pool table, foosball table, ping pong, shuffle board, and 55” TV, dining area for 6, laundry room with wash sink, 1 bathroom, and kids’ bedroom: 2 twin bunk beds with trundles. The kids’ room has a 65” TV, skeeball, books, games, and toys. There is an additional game room that can be accessed outside off the basement patio that offers a 2 person arcade basketball game, air hockey, and darts.brbrOutside, you will enjoy the in-ground pool with diving board, basketball goal, pool toys, and floats. The pool is open May 1-end of September. The backyard features a fire pit, corn hole, and volleyball/badminton. Guests will also have access to 4 inflatable paddle boards, 1 inflatable kayak, 2 youth kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, 3 fishing rods and tackle box, floating tubes for the lake, life jackets, outdoor blanket, cooler with freezer packs, and Clemson cornhole boards.brbrThere is an abundance of outdoor seating and entertaining. The covered, screened in porch offers a fan, sectional couch, and 2 rocking chairs. The back deck features 2 bar height tables to seat 4. The side deck has a gas grill, dining table for 8, 4 rocking chairs, a sectional couch, and umbrella. The front porch has 2 rocking chairs. The bottom patio has a love seat, couch, and 2 chairs. The fire pit has 8 Adirondack chairs. The pool has 4 Adirondack chairs, 4 loungers, and umbrellas. Enjoy this all on 2.5 wooded, lake front acres.brbrWe are located on an inlet. The water is 150’ across and 8’ deep off the dock when at full pool. Boats and jet skis can be tied to the dock. At times, the water level can drop greatly to as low as 1’. We are a 7-10 minute boat ride from the large, open water. br There is a strict guest limit of 12 people (with a maximum of 8 adults being ages 13 or above due to weight limits on the bunks). This includes inside and outside guests. We do not allow parties or events. Breaking this rule will result in having to leave the property without refund. There are outdoor cameras at the entry points of the home and a side deck camera for the back entry of the home that covers the pool entrance/hot tub to keep our property safe. It’s not to invade your privacy but to make sure our home is safe when unoccupied. I have much better things to do with my time than watch guests. ;)br Please know the bunk beds are intended for children. They have a weight limit of 220lbs and can only sleep 1 adult on each bunk. brbrThe downstairs fireplace is non-operable and cannot be used by guests.brbrThis house is not suitable for children between the ages of 1 and 3. The steps are open on one side and pose a safety risk.

While one queen sized bedroom plus bathroom is enjoyed on the main level, two bedrooms and one bathroom are peacefully located upstairs. The television is a smart tv.brbrKitchen and eating: The kitchen is equipped with all you might need to cook and serve. From a coffee pot to glassware, it’s all there.brThe seating easily seats 8-10 between the dining room table and bar height table.brbrBedrooms: One queen bedroom downstairs (bathroom downstairs as well). One king room upstairs that boasts lake views with a Keurig coffee pot and a gorgeous balcony. A second bedroom upstairs offers a queen bed and two twins (one trundle). The queen downstairs and king upstairs both have smart TVs.brbrBathrooms: Two bathrooms both with walk in showers. One downstairs, one upstairs.brbrOutside/lake: We have a huge private dock in a little cove that is right next to big water. If you are looking out the house windows…we are the second dock…. It has a green roof. It is towards the tip of the peninsula which has amazing sunset views. The water depth is deep…we never need to chase water even when the lake is at its lowest. The water depth where you would park a boat is 9-18 feet deep (depending on time of year). We have caught many fish off the dock!brbrFor boaters: There are a couple boat ramps within 5-10 minutes of the house. Make sure to check local lake regulations for any fee for usage or closures.br- Richland Creek Boat Ramp. This is at the tip of Richland Creek road off of the main Providence Church road that runs through the community.br- Jarrett Access Area Ramp. This is at the tip of Sunset Lane. Also, off of the main Providence Church Road through the community.brOnce you have launched your boat, feel free to use our dock for storage during your stay. Furthermore, our front yard allows for parking your trailer up to about 45 feet. If you are a competition fisherman and want to keep your boat hooked up, you can easily park at a diagonal and fit (we also have outside electrical on the house you can plug into.) Please be mindful of the adjacent neighbors…you cannot park on or in front of their properties.brbrThe outside patio seats 8. It has a charcoal grill. We keep charcoal around along with lighter fluid.brbrEntertainment, games & lake toys:br- Peddle boat, lounge rafts, water hammock and an inflatable canoe for two.br- Cornhole and Tiki Tossbr- Board gamesbrbrPets: we love animals but also know animals can be disruptive and damage things when they are not in their comfy place. We allow 1-2 pets depending on the size. 1 pet any size or 2 under 40 lbs each. No cats. We do have an enclosed (fenced) yard and patio for your pets to roam.brbrExtra: We love this home so much and personally use it when guests are not, please love it and use it as your own.brGuest accessbrYou have access to the entire home with the exception of one closet.
