Most of the time we are able to shovel the sand out of the way, making for a perfect view of the ocean from the house. But other times, we have storms moving in and out - especially in the winter months - pushing the sand, blocking the view. This can occur overnight, so its difficult to keep it clear 100% of the time.brbrFees - We have many people ask about the fees. The service fee is a fee VRBO charges directly to you, we do not collect that fee. The stay tax is a county tax that VRBO also collects directly from you.
