Garage has room for two cars plus room for two cars to park in the driveway. Street parking in front of house. Very close to downtown and walking distance to the top of Mingus Park with access to disc golf, nature trails and brisk walk to downtown. The house is less than a mile from the hospital which makes it great for traveling nurses or medical providers.
