The Pioneer Park Condos were built in the 1970s as Phase 2 of a now defunct condotel — which was supposed to be a condominium complex run like a hotel. This space and all of those here like it were built to be nightly rentals, but after years of private ownership, they feel more like home than a hotel. The owners of this space bought it years ago and visit several times a year. Therefore, you'll find all their personal touches that set it apart from other vacation spaces.brbrbrbrThere are very few private rentals like this close to downtown.
