This golfers' destination has been newly remodelled in 2023! The wonderful new kitchen/dining room/living room has been significantly expanded with a lot more space. The kitchen now has an island and all new appliances. Also, both the first and second floors have new floors and new paint.
The Avanti Beach House is located right next to a state park, and has views of the beach to the south and west, as well as easy access to the beach through the park.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025Excellent location with beautiful views of the ocean. Was here for golf at Bandon Dunes. Plenty of space for our group of 4. Could sleep many more. Very close to the town of Bandon and only 15 minute drive to Bandon Dunes. Would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024We took our son to Bandon for his graduation trip with family and a couple of his friends. The location was perfect and the amenities at the house were great. Sam was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!
