One or two dogs are allowed. Dogs must be older than 6 months and fully house trained – not using “pee pads”. Dogs are not allowed onto the beds or any furniture, guests who disregard this will be responsible for bedding or furniture replacement. Dogs left alone in the cabin for any length of time must be confined to a dog crate. Locking a dog in a room is not an acceptable alternative. There is a large crate in the downstairs bedroom closet, if you'll need two crates you must bring your own. Please have “poop bags” and clean up after them if they poop anywhere other than in the forest. brbrThe WiFi is capable of download speeds up to 25 Mbps which has been adequate for “Zoom calls”. In order to provide WiFi to our guests throughout the calendar month, guests are allowed 1.7 GB/day for the total duration of your stay (5 nights = 8.5GB) which should be plenty for email and light web browsing. If you plan on working from the cabin, you may purchase additional data tokens from Hughesnet.brbrThe Lodge is very accessible year round by any normal 2WD vehicle but drivers of cars with extremely lowered suspensions won't enjoy our country roads. If you are arriving on a motorcycle, please ensure you can handle your bike on gravel and paved inclines with turns. If you are bringing a trailer, be aware that you might not have room to turn around without disconnecting it.brbrWe suggest guests purchase travel insurance in the event your vacation plans change outside of the cancelation policy window.
