The details in this cottage are well thought out and provided. brbrThe central location of the cottage is perfect with a grocery store, specialty coffee and ice cream shops, putt putt, fishing pier and restaurants within a short walk or bike ride. There is a bike/running path along the 35 mph beach road.br brWe rent Sunday to Sunday in the summer months. We have a 3 night minimum for holiday weekends. The home sits seconds from the sound front and is located right on a canal capable of allowing you to dock your boat right outside the residence. The newly constructed wrap around decks (2 levels) offer a beautiful view of the canal, sound, and offer one of the most beautiful sunset views around from the top level. The back yard is grassed for our four legged friends and does offer a small sand beach area for enjoyment for all. Fishing and crabbing from the deck located directly behind the house are productive and offer hours of fun for anyone interested. This pet friendly house sits is as close to the ocean as you can get for your family vacation. It consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 10 people comfortably. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. In the Large hall upstairs, there are bunk beds ( single over double). There is a large deck with fabulous views of the ocean. TV with cable in the main room as well as a couple of other bedrooms. Washer/dryer are on the first level. Central air/heat and fully stocked kitchen. The house also has high speed internet and Wi-Fi. You will have to provide your own linens. Linen services can be recommended upon request.
