6BR-5Bth Semi-Oceanfront, heated Pool, Elevator. 75 Yards to the beach! Views!!

The house was perfect for our large family. Beautiful views and plenty of space to entertain. The pool is only 4 feet deep (I think) which was really nice for the few kids that couldn’t swim well since they could touch the bottom. Having two refrigerators was also a huge help. I slept in the first floor queen room and the bed was so comfortable and also stayed super cool! Some beach houses have AC struggles but it worked great here. The ice cream van came to the cul-de-sac most evenings and once my kids heard the music they ran out to get a treat. It was really cute. Also, knowing they had a pack n play and high chair made packing for my 10 month much easier. We love Rodanthe because they allow tents and fire pits which many beaches do not. Don’t miss free music at the pier and of course Lisa’s Pizza. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The owners are very responsive and have the house well stocked! There were plenty of nice beach chairs for our whole family. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pans, plenty of dishes, etc. This was the best stocked house we have ever stayed at. We were very happy with our stay!

Beautiful property central location to all locations up and down OBX. We had some air conditioning and toilet problems first few days but owner was very quick to respond and send maintenance. Views from back decks were great for sunrises. Kitchen was well outfitted even with spices for shrimp boil. Used the two out door grills for a few evening meals. Pool was a wonderful bonus with our grandkids. I would highly recommend this property and thank goodness for the elevator!

This property is amazing! The house, pool, spa and most of all the beautiful views were all so great! It’s a very short walk to the beach too! The hosts Eric and Cynthia were so easy to work with and their communication is great as well. Can’t wait for our next stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric and Cynthia’s home and couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. Communication with the host was also excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere and amazing views. Even though the weather wasn’t the best during our stay, it didn’t take away from the overall experience at all—we still had a great time enjoying the home and everything it had to offer. Our family truly enjoyed our time there, and we’re already looking forward to coming back for a summer stay. Highly recommend.

Location: amazingViews: breathtaking Kid Friendly: GreatCleanliness: terribleWe loved the house, location, and even toys for my son to play with, but all sheets in the house were dirty, mattress covers and mattresses stained, dirty floors that left our feet black, dirty bathtubs, dirty window sills/base boards, and dead roaches throughout the house (especially on the kitchen floor…which happens in that location since those bugs are prevalent, but still gross). I struggle with this review since the owners were responsive and great, but the property management overseeing the cleanliness of the house were severely lacking. I’m hoping this was just a fluke since the house and location are magnificent. I did issue a complaint to the property management company because I shouldn’t be grossed out to stay someplace especially when spending this much money. I can honestly say we left it cleaner than what it was when we arrived.

The views were absolutely some of the best we've had at the beach! Each room offered its own experience. The home was large enough for us all to gather or have our private space. We enjoyed all the amenities at the location, especially the jacuzzi. The location offered peace and serenity. Our family enjoyed sitting on the desk and just listening to the ocean. There were several times we were able to watch the dolphins swim down the coast! The owners were quick to respond to our requests and questions. Great place to stay! enough for us all to gather

The online pictures do not do this property justice! The views are amazing! Closer than some oceanfront! The only drawback was access to the beach.
