The home sits in the midst of 41 acres, yet close to town, with easy access, covered parking and is pet friendly. brbrThe homeowners of 4 Loves Lodge are very family oriented. Their wish is that you and your family will enjoy this beautiful mountain home and respect it as if it were your own. A lot of love and care has gone into building their family retreat. The owners invite you to bring your family here for rest and relaxation and to enjoy the beautiful mountains that surround the property. Since it is their family cabin it has a Christian theme, but all are welcome.brbrThis stunning home is handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail, with every amenity in mind for families and friends to enjoy! From the stone post and beam covered parking area that greets you upon arrival (large enough for several vehicles to park underneath), we hope you can truly feel the “love” that went into building this home. With its easy access right off the main road through Maggie Valley, 4 Loves is the perfect location if traveling by group on motorcycles or with trailers as the gentle paved drive comes directly to the home, through the carport. The wraparound driveway is completed with gravel to allow for easy egress as well.brbrYour family will love the airiness of 4 Loves Lodge as you walk in the front door to the open living space. Large, overstuffed couches fill the living room as you are greeted by the custom stone fireplace with its hand-hewn mantle. Floor to ceiling windows let the light shine in, showing the majesty of the Smokies in the distance. This cabin offers a welcoming modern kitchen with all the comforts of home along with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, completed by the handmade octagon dining table that seats 12 persons comfortably and 16 people if you really like each other. The “big kids” hand hewn picnic style table is of the dining room and the “littles” smaller junior table is there as well. Both are perfect for dining or playing cards and games. brbrAdjacent to indoor dining, you’ll step through the screened in porch for outdoor dining, that is connected to a massive outdoor deck, featuring Adirondack chairs and separate more intimate seating area under a covered alcove.brbrAlso on the main floor is the king master bedroom with full bath with tub/shower combo ensuite. The king bedroom opens to the covered alcove. brbrUpstairs you’ll find two large bedrooms each including two twin beds. Each bedroom has a high window desk area complete with stools, perfect for laptop computer work or for an afternoon of reading and mountain gazing. Step outside and find another space for open-air dining as well as another small seating area and of course, a large 6-person hot tub!brbrThis property provides a separate living space that we call the “She-Shed” just steps away from the main house giving a couple privacy or workspace. The She-Shed sleeps 2 and offers its own bathroom and dining table. The She Shed also has its own mini-fridge, Keurig coffeemaker and large screen TV. brbrSpectrum Cable TV is available in the living room, game room and the She-Shed. Secluded mountain cabin 5 acres , all rooms with view, hear soothing waterfall

Maggie Valley, North Carolina, United States

This smoke-free and pet-free log cabin at 4000 feet elevation provides privacy and beautiful views from every room, but is also minutes to entertainment, restaurants, and shopping. 3 bedrooms plus a loft offer a king-size bed , 2 queen size beds and a twin bunkbed. Amenities include hot tub in the master bath, unlimited free wireless internet access with unlimited streaming capability, full kitchen with microwave and coffeemaker and dishwasher, washer and dryer, 2 outdoor decks( one screened in with picnic area , one open with gas firepit), and 2 stone indoor gas fireplaces with remote controls. This cabin sits on 5 acres. Enjoy a leisurely time listening to the waterfall in the distance as you sit around the firepit and watch a magnificent mountain sunset. brbrIt is a steep, winding 1.5 mile paved road from the main road in Maggie Valley (Soco Road, or Highway 19) to Woodpecker Rd. Woodpecker is a short (about 150 yards or so) gravel road that leads to our cabin, and one other home. The cabin’s driveway is about 100 yards down Woodpecker Rd. (which we’ll say is semi-steep), with a 180 degree switchback from Woodpecker that cannot be made with a single turn. For safety concerns and to prevent damage to the gravel road and driveway, we would ask that you do not bring trailers of any kind. There is just not enough room to safely maneuver a trailer on our property. The driveway is also very narrow for a short section just after the switchback (and boarders the mountain’s edge). Therefore, it’s recommended that one drives past the driveway entrance and then backs up the driveway to the cabin (as opposed to attempting a multi-point turn in), For exiting, it’s also recommended to drive down the driveway onto Woodpecker, then back all the way up Woodpecker to Upper Summit Rd. (the paved road). For sedan-size cars, a 3-point turn can also be done to exit the driveway onto Woodpecker Road. If steep winding roads, backing up, or navigating a narrow section of driveway that borders the mountain’s edge would bother you, then this cabin would not be for you! Also, be advised that Upper Summit Rd becomes impassible with ice and/or snow, so attempting to access the cabin during these conditions is not possible even with 4 wheel drive. Refunds will be given up to midnight the day before stay in case of inclement weather that creates dangerous conditions on the mountain.brbrSorry, non-smoking renters/guests only and no pets allowed. There is no inside or outside smoking permitted.brbrThis rustic cabin is decorated with the local farm culture history of the NC mountain area in mind. No Southwestern decor style here! If you love the rustic farmhouse look, you will love the farm theme of this cabin. See the unique old farm equipment displayed and rustic quilts that take you back to another era, but also enjoy all the modern conveniences in this newly constructed cabin. brbrTwo and 1/2 levels (ground level, downstairs, and loft), connected via a spiral staircase include three bedrooms, two and 1/2 baths. King bed in master suite on ground level - Queen bed in loft - Queen bed in downstairs bedroom #1 - Bunk beds in downstairs bedroom #2. Sleeps 8 in total. brThe loft has a privacy screen changing area and an armoire for your clothing storage. brTwo person whirlpool tub, and large walk-in shower in master bath.brTwo ventless gas fireplaces (main level and downstairs dens)brMulti-function game tables located both downstairs (Foosball, air hockey, miniature pool & table tennis) and in loft (bumper pool, poker/card table, or solid surface board game table). brbrPlenty of old-fashioned table games to play as a family, but you also will have 4 TVs with streaming Netflix and other streaming channels available, as well as unlimited internet access if you want to stay connected to the outside world. There is even a telescope in the loft (with instructions) if you want to gaze at the moon up close through the huge picture windows in the loft.brbrThe cabin is located minutes from the Maggie Valley Festival Grounds, the Wheels Through Time museum, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Other nearby attractions include Cataloochee Valley, and historic downtown Waynesville. In winter, the Cataloochee Ski Area and Tube World offer skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing to the winter sports enthusiast. The Cherokee Casino is located about 20 minutes away. brbrNeaby shopping includes several chain grocery stores, local gift shops, and ice cream shops, with restaurants featuring fine and casual dining options. brbrPlease note that we operate this rental as a vacation rental under the NC Vacation Rental Act and therefore we do not accept reservations that exceed 89 nights. brbr
