The main floor has 2 bedrooms accessible via the elevator, one with a queen bed and handicap accessible full bath, and a bedroom with a king bed. The recreational room downstairs has a bedroom with a king and single bed and a bathroom with a shower. The property can comfortably accommodate 16 but more than that might feel crowded. Other amenities include elevator (from first to second floors) washer/dryer, high speed internet, 5 cable TVs, gas fireplace, dishwasher, and ceiling fans throughout as well as a piano for enjoyment! Property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with spacious driveway parking and grocery stores, shopping, putt-putt, a bike path and restaurants nearby.
