A small fully equipped kitchen is also located on the Ground Floor with an oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator and separate ice maker - perfect for grabbing a cold beverage during an afternoon at the pool. This level has direct access to the pool and hot tub area and has a Half bath conveniently located close to the hot tub and pool area. Pool can be heated for $650/week + tax.
