Upon entering, off to the side, there's the living room with comfortable seating and a Smart T.V. Beyond the living room, enter the full kitchen through the custom arched hallway. Full stainless steel kitchen appliances with all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware provided. Off the kitchen is a half-bath with a full-sized coin-operated washer and dryer for your convenience. The front door opens into the newly renovated and spacious open floor plan. With large windows on three sides of the cottage, the spectacular morning sunrises over the ocean will flood your sole with awe while you're enjoying your morning cup of joe on the deck. While not an unobstructed view, the views of the ocean and Pamilco Sound are panoramic. The custom kitchen cabinets are new for the 2024 guests. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, toaster, and electric can opener. All the pots, pans, dining and silverware are provided. The bedroom is off the kitchen and has a queen bed and a twin bed with a closet and an antique heirloom dresser. The full bathroom, complete with a bathtub, is across the hall from the bedroom. This one bedroom cottage has a locked adjoining door that accesses a standard motel room, and if available, could be rented with your cottage for an additional charge. The oceanfront is just steps from your cottage, the saltwater pool and hot tub are just in front of you. Below the cottage is the motel guests' coin-operated washer and dryer and ice machine. Specifically, #107 and #108 are further out on the beach and have a large open deck. #10 and #11 have covered decks, and #110 has an open deck, and has an optional double queen room with a full bathroom that, if available, can turn your two bedroom beach house into a three bedroom, two bathroom beach house. There is an upcharge, but it's significantly less than if you rented each separately. Parking for one vehicle is provided, with an overflow lot located on the property.
